Warranty for FreshDreamMattress begins from the date of purchase.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the warranty covers a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with a current comparable model and size of the mattress.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the mattress will be repaired in the first instance. If it is determined that the defect is not repairable, a Credit Settlement will be provided on a Pro rata Basis. This means that for each year of ownership, the credit received will decrease gradually. It is recommended to replace mattresses every 8-10 years for hygiene purposes.
Care instructions for the FreshDreamMattress:
1. Clean the mattress using a soft and clean cloth. Do not machine wash or machine dry the mattress cover.
2. Place the mattress on a flat and stable foundation that adequately supports the entire mattress.
3. Avoid bending corners of the mattress, as it may damage the foam.
4. Protect the mattress from water and other liquids at all times.
5. Use a mattress protector if needed.
6. Rotate the mattress once every quarter.
7. Do not fold the mattress.
8. When requesting a return, provide photographic proof of the product. Failure to provide substantial proof may result in the cancellation of the request.
To report a defect found in the FreshDreamMattress:
1. Provide the mattress receipt, along with the Customer ID on the warranty card and confirmation email, as proof of purchase.
2. Submit photographic proof of the mattress defect.
