The warranty covers the following:
1. Visible indentation or sagging of the mattress greater than 1 inch, excluding those resulting from improper use, an improper bed, bed base, or foundation.
2. Please note that a + or - 15 mm variation in length, width, and thickness is within the tolerance limit and may vary subjectively based on individual measurements taken from the center of the mattress.
3. A manufacturing defect in the cover zipper. This does not include breakage of the zipper due to improper handling or misuse.
4. Any physical defects in the material or workmanship, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Lines and sagging due to improper foundation.
2. Normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material that does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress.
3. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use.
4. Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials.
5. Any mattress purchased from a non-authorized FreshDreamMattress distributor.
6. Mattress misuse, such as using it for purposes other than sleeping, resting, or lying on.
7. Minor imperfections, such as slight cosmetic flaws.
8. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time or are caused by the customer.
9. Indentations, sagging, or body impressions less than 1 inch deep.
10. Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness, or attributes of the mattress.
11. Any mattresses purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted, or not in possession of the original owner.
12. Physical damage to the mattress caused by the customer.
13. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
14. Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.
15. Folding of the mattress is not covered.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact the Support Team at Freshdreams Mattress by calling +91 99209 05865 or sending an email to support@freshdreamsmattress.in to initiate your return request.
2. Your return request will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours.
3. You will receive regular email notifications to keep you informed about the progress of your return.
4. Subsequently, we will send you a package containing the necessary packing materials and return documents, including:
- Protective Cover: A cover designed to safeguard the mattress during return transit, ensuring it reaches us undamaged.
- Waybill: Copies of the waybill with both your address (FROM) and our address (TO).
- Invoice Copy: A physical copy of the order invoice.
5. Once you receive the packing materials, securely pack your mattress and affix the Waybill onto the Protective Cover.
6. Hand over the invoice and other required documents to our designated courier partner.
7. Once the courier picks up your return, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account, as per the usual banking procedures.
